PostSubject: Hello Belle Sakura   Sun Feb 27, 2011 2:24 am

Hi Friends,

I am glad that I found this forum, be it just to stay in touch with some old friends that mysteriously disappeared from another forum.

I am neither a modder nor a voice actor (my English is too bad) or a devoted gamer, the only games I play now are Oblivion and since very recently Morrowind (I thought it is time to grab a copy before it is too late). Moreover, those I play only because of the many great MODs circulating the net.

But I do know a bit about PCs and Windows operating systems, coming from Amiga 2000 and IBM PS2 I started building all my PCs and my server myself about 15 years ago and have maintained my gear myself since then.

I am using 64bit Windows since the first Windows XP x64 version came out, currently I am running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and Widows Small business server 2011. In the meantime, I gave up reading all the silly comments about how badly those OS (particularly Vista x64) supports games; believe me it’s a very tale if you take a couple of very simple precautions.

Anyway, if I can be of help, I will gladly provide it; otherwise I will just stay around and enjoy your company.

Hi Crash Smile I'm not a gamer these days either. Neither am I a voice actor or a modder. Just a dim blonde drunk. However, everyone is welcome and any expertise you have will be made use of! Laughing
Have fun

I'm a flu survivor and not much of anything else right now. Wink

I see you're from Japan, that is awesome! When I was in 7th grade my French teacher was a Japanese lady and she taught us a few things about Japan and Japanese culture. I like Japanese movies (especially Akira Kurosawa's movies and more particularly Rashômon) and I grew up watching Cobra Space Adventure.

I'm glad to see someone from Japan posting here (we had in mind a western/eastern theme so we put together Sakura and Saloon -Belle being thrown in there to suggest a French connection).

Welcome to Belle Sakura Saloon Crashpilot!

Sorry Guys but I am afraid I have to disappoint both of you.

I live in Japan but I am a German, born in the City of Mannheim and raised In Freiburg both Cities are located in the south west of Germany. Freiburg is really in the southwest three country corner, 30 kilometers to France and 60 to Switzerland.

Sorry I've jumped to conclusions. It's a mistake to try and draw conclusions out of unsufficient data. Have you been living in Japan for a long time? It must be quite an experience. Smile

Hi Crash. Glad to have you here. Doesn't matter where you are from. Just living in Japan must be a wonderful experience. I am sure you could tell us lots about the place, people and culture.
