Hello Everyone

Hi. I mainly signed up here to keep in touch with people I know from another site, namely Nakia and Mr K.

I lost touch due to tons of problems in my life last year(not worth going there lol) suffice to say I'm doing my bit to get back in touch with old friends.

I used to do a lot of modding but I don't really get anything out of it anymore. In my spare time I just concentrate on my art.

Art is nice, do you draw? Paint?

Chris is a graphic artist. Don't know if he does painting or drawing.

Nakia: Yes and no. I've had a few offers to do commissions but they typically die a death because the people offering them are usually timewasters with no money. Its typically "Hey I'd like a picture of this but I don't have any money". Yeah right. Nothing wrong with weirdos as long as you're all harmless weirdos. lol.

Highly doubtful and its purely a matter of ones perspective on the subject. I for one don't know enough about the incident so I wouldn't go labelling yourself and the one other of which you're referring to as the root cause.

I think it more likely that you both spoke your mind as is your personal right to do so and "somebody" didn't like it.

In my experience Nakia you and the one other (a certain millionaire playboy from Dallas) have always treated me with respect and kindness so I'll form my own decisions based purely on that experience rather than someone else's unblanced and rather biased view of the universe.

Welcome to the Saloon, There's no bar-stools here, so stand at the Bar, and remember the Barkeep is French, but you can order a Pint in English.

Yep, things did get out of hand, and somebody over reacted, instead of trying to calm things down. It was over something that had nothing at all to do with why people came to the site in the 1st place. No real harm done, there are lots of websites that do the things we like to do.

As for the other thing from what I read inbetween all the random rants and rules mongering, I got that feeling of a certain German despot closeted in a Berlin bunker with a silly moustache screaming at this generals for going against his wishes. As they say absolute power corrupts absolutely. Some sites allow freedom of expression some unfortunately don't and rely on "Yes men". Thankfully the internet is not like fascist Germany yet and theres plenty of other good sites to speak your mind and have a laugh.

Yep, the Bar Keep is French but the bunch of us who got together to start this site come from France, Canada, England and the USA. What we wanted and have tried to achieve is a place were we can relax and have fun.

I really should check out the menu. Hasn't been updated for a long time.
