I have done the voices for the Female soldiers and DR strangelove ( will be posted asap) there is no lip sync yet.

You should mention that it is for Fallout New Vegas (since the Enclave doesn't play a major role in this game I assumed it was a mod for Fallout 3). It looks interesting and your voice acting is great (as usual). I will definitely give it a try. Thanks for the link.
