Yes, I have this pack installed, along with a very few other mods that I like. To be honest, the pack - on its own - does pretty well everything you need apart from adding things like quests.
When it came out, I worried that it would be a nightmare to install and produce a glitchy game, but that's not the case. So long as you follow the Guide EXACTLY then you end up with a stable and sold game. It took me less than one hour to do everything and be up and running with a game that looks pretty awesome
Unfortunately, whilst it looks amazing, it doesn't touch some of the really annoying things about Morrowind, such as the poor quality animations of the NPCs and the fact that most of them stand their like statues 24/7 with no 'schedules'.
We got a bit spoilt by Oblivion didn't we?
But there is a depth and an atmosphere with Morrowind that you don't really get with Oblivion - at least not with the vanilla game
